ZITI SALAD

INGREDIENTS 

8 cups ziti

6 cups broccoli

Cherry tomatoes 

2/3 cup Romano cheese

2/3 cup wine vinegar

1 1/2 cup olive oil

Chopped garlic cloves 

2 tbsp basil

1 tsp oregano 

4 pinches thyme

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook pasta; drain. Place in fridge for 1 hour.

  • Cook broccoli in boiling water, mix and drain. Put in fridge 1 hour.

  • Put broccoli and pasta together and put back into fridge.
