CRUMB CAKE

INGREDIENTS

1 box cake mix (French vanilla or yellow)

4 cups flour

3 sticks of butter, melted

1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

2/3 cup sugar

2/3 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix flour, butter, vanilla, sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon with beater until crumbly.

  • Bake cake mix in 1 large greased cookie sheet at 350˚ until light brown for 20 minutes. 

  • Remove cake from oven and put crumbs on top of cake. Put back in oven for 20 more minutes checking often.

  • Cool completely and add powdered sugar.
