CARROT CAKE

INGREDIENTS 

2 cups oil

1 bag of carrots

2 cups sugar

3 cups flour

5 eggs

2 cup nuts

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp cinnamon 

1 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all wet ingredients.

  • Slowly add dry ingredients.

  • Grease spring form pan.

  • Depending on the oven, cook for 1 hour.
